At Chateau, we're focused on delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across South East Queensland.

Through Chateau Developments, our team oversees site acquisition, feasibility, planning approvals, and project design. Once a project is ready to move forward, our construction arm, Chateau Constructions, takes it through to delivery.

By managing both development and construction in-house, we maintain greater control over quality, time frames, and costs. This helps us deliver projects more efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

PROJECTS
Render of a luxury industrial warehouse in Brisbane

Chateau is currently building 40 work stores in Darra’s Westlink Business Precinct.

These work stores range in size from 65m² to 558m². They include warehouses featuring oversized mezzanines designed for office spaces, as well as premium work stores with open-concept layouts that allow for full custom fit-outs.

Our team has identified an opportunity in the market to service smaller industry through these work sheds whilst also capitalising on the need for medium format spaces.

Chateau is currently in the pre-construction phase for these 45  premium industrial work-stores in Bundamba QLD.

This location is close to high-growth suburbs like Ripley, Redbank Plains, and Yamanto. The Citiswich Business Park is known for its strong logistical connectivity and growing industrial activity.

Units range from approximately 85 to 400+ sqm, with optional mezzanine offices. Designed for both owner-occupiers and investors, each unit features high-end finishes and functional layouts suitable for a variety of uses.

Chateau has been presented with the exciting opportunity to refurbish Darra’s historic heritage Powerhouse. While still in the early stages of planning, the vision many be to transform this landmark into approximately 1,200m² of premium commercial space across two levels to be adaptable to meet a range of client needs.

We are exploring a range of possibilities to ensure the redevelopment honours the building’s heritage while integrating modern functionality and design.
