At Chateau, we're focused on delivering residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across South East Queensland.

Through Chateau Developments, our team oversees site acquisition, feasibility, planning approvals, and project design. Once a project is ready to move forward, our construction arm, Chateau Constructions, takes it through to delivery.

By managing both development and construction in-house, we maintain greater control over quality, time frames, and costs. This helps us deliver projects more efficiently and to a consistently high standard.

Chateau is currently building 56 modern industrial units in Darra’s Westlink Business Precinct.

These work stores range in size from 27m² to 308m². They include warehouses featuring oversized mezzanines designed for office spaces, as well as premium work stores with open-concept layouts that allow for full custom fit-outs.

Our team has identified an opportunity in the market to service smaller industry through these work sheds whilst also capitalising on the need for medium format spaces.

Chateau is currently in the pre-construction phase for these 45  premium industrial work-stores in Bundamba QLD.

This location is close to high-growth suburbs like Ripley, Redbank Plains, and Yamanto. The Citiswich Business Park is known for its strong logistical connectivity and growing industrial activity.

Units will range from approximately 65 to 400+ sqm, with optional mezzanine offices. Designed for both owner-occupiers and investors, each unit features high-end finishes and functional layouts suitable for a variety of uses.

Chateau has been presented with the exciting opportunity to refurbish Darra’s historic heritage Powerhouse. While still in the early stages of planning, the vision many be to transform this landmark into approximately 1,200m² of premium commercial space across two levels to be adaptable to meet a range of client needs.

We are exploring a range of possibilities to ensure the redevelopment honours the building’s heritage while integrating modern functionality and design.

Chateau is in the pre DA phase on this 16,173 m² site in Hillcrest. This project proposed to deliver 61 work-store units with integrated office uses and a neighbourhood café, creating a destination that feels connected to its surroundings rather than purely industrial.
With unit sizes ranging from 77m² to 329m², Hillcrest will be tailored to trades, service businesses, and small enterprises seeking flexibility, convenience, and a strong local catchment within an established suburban setting.

Chateau is in the pre-DA phase for a proposed large-scale, master planned industrial precinct in Richlands, intended to establish a strong business destination within Brisbane’s western industrial corridor.

The 20,065 m² site is proposed as a two-stage development comprising approximately 84 units in total, with a mix of showrooms, warehouses, office space, and a central café. Unit sizes are anticipated to range from around 97 m² to 312 m², targeting a broad mix of occupiers seeking scale, visibility, and long-term presence within a purpose-built industrial hub.

Spanning approximately 15,867 m², this project is currently in the pre-DA phase and proposes 57 contemporary units incorporating showrooms, high-clearance warehouses, office space, and an on-site café. The intent is to create an activated environment that supports business operations while enabling customer engagement.

With anticipated unit sizes ranging from approximately

88 m² to 340 m², the development is positioned to appeal to forward-thinking operators seeking visibility, accessibility, and high-quality space within close proximity to major arterials and the Brisbane CBD.

Located on a rare riverfront industrial site, this project captures Brisbane River and city skyline views offering a setting unlike anything typically found within Brisbane’s trade precincts.

The 18,000 m² site sits moments from the Gateway Bridge and major transport infrastructure, offering strong connectivity and visibility. This project is currently under negotiation and is being shaped to balance operational efficiency with visibility and site advantages, making full use of its elevated position and surroundings.
